Authenticity Guarantee & Compensation Policy

We are committed to selling only 100% authentic, brand-new products sourced from official brand retail stores.

If a product purchased from us is proven to be counterfeit, non-authentic, or not brand new, we will take full responsibility and provide an appropriate resolution.

Our compensation policy is as follows:

  • Counterfeit or Non-Authentic Products

    • If an item is verified by mutually recognized and reputable authentication evidence to be counterfeit or non-authentic, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price upon the item's return.

    • We will also reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, subject to prior approval and supporting documentation.

  • Item Not Brand New

    • If a product is confirmed to have been previously used or is materially inconsistent with its advertised condition as "brand new," the customer may choose one of the following remedies:

      • A full refund upon return of the item.

      • A replacement with an equivalent brand-new product, subject to availability.

      • Another mutually agreed resolution where appropriate.

Please note: Many Chrome Hearts products are handcrafted, and certain items are intentionally designed with handcrafted finishes, natural variations, or factory-applied distressing as part of the brand's signature craftsmanship and aesthetic. Variations in texture, polishing, engraving, leather grain, stitching, hardware finish, or intentional aging effects are normal characteristics of authentic Chrome Hearts products. These features are not considered defects, signs of prior use, or evidence that a product is not brand new, and therefore do not qualify as "not brand new" under this compensation policy.

To process any authenticity or condition claim, customers may be asked to provide relevant documentation, photographs, videos, or an authentication report. We will review the information promptly and work with the customer in good faith to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
